Baltimore County Accessory Dwelling Unit/In-Law Suite
Is anyone familiar with the legality of renting out an accessory dwelling unit or in-law suite in Baltimore County? The county offices are making it impossible to get a straight answer.

@Russell Brazil Not sure if you've found more concrete info by now, but I do not see anything (easily, at least) about it. I would gather, though, that you would need to treat it as other rentals. Basically, you'd need to get the property lead safe/free certified and you would need to register the property so that you have a rental license. In fact, looking at the wording on the fees' page leads me to believe this also is for properties that you partially rent out:
