Greetings - New to BP and REI. Born and raised in Milwaukee. I am looking to invest in residential and multi-family units to buy and hold. Curious to hear advice and differing ideas on key areas for the Milwaukee market overall. Would love to connect with new and seasoned real estate professionals in the area!

That's a great area to invest. Matt Maurice's property management company, Welcome Home Milwaukee, is in West Allis and he is very knowledgeable about that area. Daniel Balderas, realtor and investor lives in Greenfield. We are working on a West Allis property right now that we are going to be keeping as a rental. I think West Allis is a better area for rentals and Greenfield is a better one for rehabs but that's just my opinion.....West Allis is good for rehabs too although the inspectors have a reputation for being tough.
