Looking to House Hack in Columbus, Ohio area

Hi everyone!

I will be attending graduate school at Ohio State next fall and am looking to start my investing journey! Ideally, I would like to find a small multi-family to house hack, or even potentially a large single-family home. I have never been to Columbus so any insight to the area would be helpful, but I'm particularly looking for any agents that those with more experience in the area would recommend!
