@Matt Littlepage I've had similar experiences in Columbus. I asked about a property and was told later the agent wasn't in the office to get the message. The funny thing is I sent the message to his cell phone.

have given a tenant a 3 day notice and today is the 3rd and final day. This morning I received a text from said tenant that they will have my money and be moved out by this weekend. My question to the community is, do I go ahead and file for eviction tomorrow morning or should I wait? Thanks in advance.
