CPA In state or out of state?

Matt Rohr
Posted

Hi all,

My team and I are new real estate investors living in Colorado but looking to invest in the KC area. We are looking to build our team of advisors and are wondering if it makes more sense to interview a real estate CPA where we plan to invest (KC) or where we reside (Colorado)? Thanks in advance for the help.

I would reach out to @Jake Hottenrott

He's local to your investing market, he's also an investor, and he's a REI specialized CPA.

See if he's accepting new clients.
