Looking to intern with an investor, will work for free to learn!
Hello San Antonio Investors,
I was recently awarded a 50% reduction in hours from my once full-time job as a Director of Revenue in the hospitality industry. Now that I have free time at my disposal, I would like to offer that time to an investor in my community. I will work for free and will only ask for the learning opportunity in return.
Additionally, I currently have one investment property that I'm utilizing as a short-term rental. I'm looking to pursue long-term rentals in the future and I would like to take advantage of the time that I have to offer some value to an investor that would be willing to let me learn from them.

You should let investors know what you are good at if you are looking for a higher response rate.
The more specific the better.
I.E. I am good at analyzing numbers/properties
I am good at excel and can record information
I am good at communication and I am comfortable speaking with seller agents/vendors
