Vacant Land - Clear land or sell as is

Just looking for some feedback, I have s vacant piece of land (lot) on a quite cul de sac Miller Beach area of Gary,Indiana. There is starting to get bushed up, I purchased the land at tax sale so I got the land for rather inexpensive price. I'm wondering to flip and lower cost and do nothing or spend $2k to get the lot cleared? Just looking for some feedback from those who sell vacant land or lots.
