Is anyone member of the Apartment Owners Association of California, do you recommend and what its advantages or disadvantages of been member?

@Horacio Gutierrez It might be worth joining for a year to see how it is and if you like the benefits.
I believe you should be able to write this off on your taxes...talk to you tax person first to verify.
