I have used both and like both. Currently using rentredi. They both do a good job. The one leading point for rentredi is the ease and layout. However, tenetcloud seems to drop your rents into your account faster. You can't go wrong with either of them. Try them both for free before you make a final decision. Thanks..

@Scott Trench
Hi Scott...this all exciting news!!
Question on Rentredi...is the accounting add on included?
Thanks...this comes in handy as I was looking at this one to replace my current software.
Thank you,
Ronnie

HI @Devon Yates
I have been using Tenet Cloud and have liked it.
Just recently I have been exploring Rentredi and Landlord Studio.
They both seem to have their Pro's and Cons.
The ACH rent collection is what most people will look for.
For the first few properties all you really need is Excel.
Hope this is some good testimony for you.
Thank you...

I think my explanation was general when I said bathroom.
The quote was for just the tub or shower and I supply the tile....nothing else.
I am also looking for nothing high end....moderate and tasteful.

Hi Team,
I am looking for a contractor who can redo my bathrooms.
The last guy gave me a bid of 8k each bathroom.
Hoping to find someone good and more reasonably priced.
If they do a good job there will be more work in the future for them.
Thank you,
Ronnie

Any and all advise is appreciated.
