Book Recommendations for Commercial Real Estate / Hotels
Looking to learn more about commercial real estate and/or hotel sales. I’m a real estate agent and want to be able to know the details that go into commercial property as well as the things investors will be looking for. Any suggestions?

One of my favorite books about commercial real estate is "The Real Estate Game" by William Poorvu. Great perspective of the thought process of evaluating different deals from an investor's prospective.
