Just got the preapproval letter, need Columbus, OH Agent

Just got my preapproval letter from a lender and I'm looking for a real estate agent in Columbus, Ohio that is OK with working in the areas of Linden, North Hilltop, Central Hilltop, or Southside areas. 

I've identified several duplexes in those areas that are under $80K that greatly interest me.

I'm originally from the Columbus area but now live in California. I have a couple of rentals here in the San Francisco Bay Area that I own and manage, but for Columbus, I would obviously hire a property manager so if any agents know of any property managers that work in those areas it will be helpful as well.

 I'll send you a PM, i have a few suggestions for you and I'd be happy to let you know who the top buying agents are in those areas depending on which ones you have most interest in. 

 Would you happen to know the top buying agents in Cleveland Ohio? I'm looking for a team who has access to really good deals.
