Is quick flip and Auto pilot a good investment tool?

Hi Everyone! I am new to bigger pockets and new to investing. I am trying to get real advice and gain knowledge on how to get started. My question is " Is Quick Flips & Auto pilot a good tool to have for getting started in flipping houses"? I am wondering if I was sold a dream or could this really help me with my investing journey to flipping houses.

Go to gfautopilot.com or boldwealth.com the founder's name is Peter Souhleris.... I watched the intro video. I personally thought it was awesome... and compared to some of the 25K to 35K guru companies... his approach seemed totally logical, great tools that he demonstrated and practical at a small fraction of the cost of these other programs... $499 if I'm not mistaken.... anyway... I'll have more on it over the next few weeks... at this point I'm thrilled! Dude is a down to earth Bostonian! Check it out it's free!

I took a look at their website....Are you talking about the QuickFlip app?  If so then I would be cautious.  It looks to me like they are making up claims.

The website wasn't secured with a SSL certificate which is odd considering all the claims they were making and customers wouldn't feel as safe entering payment information.  There were only 3 reviews on their website and one of them was supposedly from a couple that was on HGTV.  On the homepage there are claims that they have been on abc, CNBC, A&E, the Today Show and others.  It also says that they have over 73k facebook likes and over 8k students.

However I couldn't find QuickFlip on facebook.  I couldn't find any reviews and nothing on google or youtube.  The shows that they say that they were on they obviously lied about.

Last but not least, I did find them on the google app store but they had ZERO reviews.

I was potentially interested in qfautopilot aka boldwealth, but not for the training. I wanted to know if anyone felt the automated systems worked as well as they say from the Websites to the mobile app.@Ben Allard - Did you use any of this?

I had the monthly membership for qfautopilot aka boldwealth for around 6 months and can confirm with emailed receipts. (The training modules were included in my order as part of a promo). Went through the whole course and platform in a few days. Nothing new, platform is pretty basic. The video training is mostly about REIA networking, bandit signs, mailers and talking with contractors to send you leads for people struggling with the costs of home repairs. Pretty standard stuff you can find on google and BP.

Reason i had it for 6 months is because I tend not to check my bank account and forgot I was Auto enrolled monthly. Last date of membership was a few days ago when I requested to cancel.

@Jerry Maze I bought it too.  I feel good about it. $499 is nothin’ for training. I’m a photographer and have paid that just for someone to help me with my website.

So how have the users results been for those who purchased the program?? Is this a realistic program and worth your investment?? Very tempted, but $500 for an out-of-work cruise ship employee is cautious in these times

He's for real and his program is a bargain for the price compared to many others out there... but, the bottom line is you will get out of it what you put into it... if you actually watch all of the training and learn how to utilze his websites and tools you will have gotten your money's worth.. what you do after that is up to your ability to implement the tasks laid out... best wishes for your future investments!
