Squatter in vacant home that holds a fraudulent lease
I suspect someone broke into my home and moved in, however she provided the police a fraudulent lease. Does this give her reason to stay in my home until formally evicted? I do not know this person and have never consented to her occupancy of the home.

Yes, you may have to evict them. Call a lawyer. See if you can get a copy of the lease. You may need to file a report of fraud with the local police department.
