New investor In Clearwater, Florida

Hey everybody! I’m Ryan and I’m new to Clearwater Florida and in the process of buying a house down here with my girlfriend. I’m having something happen to me that I’ve never really had before and was hoping someone can help me get past it. I’m trying to start finding properties for myself instead of having to go through a wholesaler. Now I usually have no problem talking to people about real estate because I absolutely love it! Yet I’ve gotten myself so nervous to start calling people and knocking on doors that I can feel my heart ready to jump out of my chest. Has anyone else had to get over this? How did you do it?
