Looking for a small multi-family in Tri-Cities TN/VA

I grew up in the Johnson City, TN area until moving to Nashville a couple years ago. I'm now looking to move back with my family & purchase a small multi-family (preferably a triplex or a 4-plex) to househack. I would be selling my SFH in the Nashville suburbs to move back to NE Tennessee. I've been looking for a way to get into real estate investing for awhile now & this seems like the best way to get started.

I know it's an off chance but if anyone has a small multi family in Bristol (TN/VA), Kingsport TN, Johnson City TN, or anywhere in the surrounding area, that you'd be willing to sell to an investor who is starting out, please reach out to me to connect.
