Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a good and investor friendly realtor in Cleveland OH to help me investing in a multifamily home from abroad (Switzerland).

My budget is max 70k with an high ROI .

Maybe I've to look near to Glenville, St clair superior or University in the south?

I'm ok to fix home if necessary with a local team.

@Said Manar, I built my base with rougher areas. You have to have trusted people on the ground when you are investing from a distance, especially with low income.

The tenant relationship is even more critical with low income, otherwise you'll get the terrible tenants who will wreck your cash flow.
