Does somebody knows the Rio Grande Valley mkt (McAllen, Edinburg etc) or has investments over there in small multi family? I’m close to buy a couple there but I don’t really really know what to expect in the near future . Thanks

@Jake F. Hey Jake could you give me some pointers on good locations up there in McAllen? I’m from Brownsville and have a 4-plex in Los Fresnos but looking to expand to the upper valley. I’m looking for both SFR where I could maybe capture some equity or good cash flow multi. Thanks in advance!
