Looking for Real estate agent professional
Hello BP,
I am in search of a real estate professional in NJ. Currently, I am looking at the Newark NJ, Irvington, and all of the oranges market. Ideally, I would like to work with a realtor who is hungry, a great communicator, and has a quick turnaround for finding comps. I would prefer someone who is knowledgeable in the areas mentioned above. The strategy I'll be using is aggressive. I'll be putting in a dozen offers weekly, therefore, I would like to work with someone who is comfortable with putting in offers at my desired price point. Thanks, Dalyn. Jeremy, we'd be happy to help, but would need to talk about the ten offers a week. I have an investor-friendly team with more than ten investor-friendly agents in the North Jersey area. We do detailed vetting of properties and rent rolls, etc, but we don't lowball, especially not in this market. Those areas are all hot, yes even Irvington, and sending out ten offers in North Jersey is not the best strategy. We track the properties and know the agents which is a much better way to get it done in this market. DM me if you want to talk.
