Lets debate: Cozy, Rent Spree, or Rent Redi
I am currently trying to figure out what's the best format/software in order to manage my tenants. I recently acquired my first BRRRR home about a month ago, and look to have it ready in 3 weeks.
All opinions welcome! I am looking for feedback!

I am using RentRedi now and it lacks some key features. Now that the Cozy.co purchase by Apartments.com is done, I plan to look at them again or Innago. Innago is pretty cool and customizable. Unless Cozy.co is mind-blowing, I will probably go with Innago.
