Places to Brrrr in Southeast US
We just finished our first rehab in Portland, Oregon and now feel that we have been priced out of the market. I’m also sick of Portland and ready to move back to the southeast closer to family. I’m from western NC so anywhere within 7 hours of Asheville would be ideal. I prefer a decent sized metro area or at least being within an hour of one. Houses under 300k are preferred. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!

I invest and live in the Florida Panhandle (Pensacola, specifically). The market is red-hot here, as it is everywhere, but there are definitely deals to be found if you get on enough lists and network for deals. Definitely will not be finding anything on the MLS that would be a good BRRR candidate very often.
