My wife and I have been seriously educating ourselves over the last year, and analyzing tons of deals. Our goal right now is to invest in multi-family properties by building relationships with those professionals in the various roles of real estate investing.
I'm hoping to connect with and learn from as many of you as I can, and especially those who have experience in long distance multi-family investing. I hope to share my experience with others and help out where I can.
The areas we have been researching include; Rhode Island, Idaho, Ohio, Alabama, and many others.
