I’ve recently decided to wholesale virtually. Everything has been fine so far I just have 1 struggle. I’m not sure what title company to work with. Does any one know any title companies in the Omaha, NE area that work wel with wholesalers?

Hi Miguel. I live and invest in the Omaha area. I recommend Title Core National, did two deals with them last year on a condo flip and a MFH purchase. Janet was the individual we dealt with, she is great. Best of luck!
