George, have you tried using a Hard Money Lender? I financed a 4plex recently through hard money, we got a 30 year fixed in our LLC at 3.75% after we bought it down (20% down)... Not sure if they can help since this is a unique property but maybe worth a shot.

Hi Miguel. I live and invest in the Omaha area. I recommend Title Core National, did two deals with them last year on a condo flip and a MFH purchase. Janet was the individual we dealt with, she is great. Best of luck!
