Moving and Investing in Vegas
Hello everyone. Newbie here. I have been a listener of the podcast for a couple of weeks now. I'm a registered nurse and currently living in Socal but I plan on relocating to Vegas in the future. I'm still trying to figure out which is the best way for me to invest in Vegas. I'm thinking of house hacking a single family house in Spring Valley or look for a duplex or triplex and have someone rent the other units. I'm planning on purchasing the property this year or next year. What are your inputs?
