Investor Friendly Title Company in NH

Good afternoon everyone, 

I am reaching out to see if anyone has any good suggestions on a Title Co in NH that deals with wholesalers, specifically double closings and contract assignments? I have called about 10 and haven’t been able to get any luck. I know there are other threads about this but they seem to be a few years old. Any help that anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day.
