Hello Everyone. I'm looking to start my rental investment journey in the Metro Detroit area. Currently looking to find banks/lenders in Detroit to help with the financing on a couple of properties I'm interested in. The properties are in the price range of 50K- 90K and ranging from Duplexes- to multi-plex. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
