How Big of a HVAC do I need?
Hi all,
I purchased a house in Atlanta and I need to replace the HVAC. The house is around 1400 sq ft. How big of an HVAC do I need? I am debating between a 2.5 ton and 3 ton.

3 ton should be okay with adequate insulation. 2.5 is probably a little small...
