Dallas Single Family Rental Loan

I'm a new investor and new to BP, with 18 years in multi family management experience. Within the last year, I have flipped 2 single family homes and on my current flip I am considering keeping it as a rental. Will a DSCR loan in the Dallas market be a good option? Thanks in advance
