So the Pro membership does not include everything the lower cost memberships offer?
Post: Is anyone familiar with Stayfi for STR wifi, marketing and data?

Quote from @Emmanuel Borromeo:
I just signed up for stayfi. I purchased 2 wifi access points for my two properties here in Alaska. This was my thought process: one access point costs $200 plus $6/month. So the first year the cost is $272. My hope is that this service will drive more traffic to our direct booking site and generate return customers. If I can get one return customer off my direct booking site within the first year, the product will have paid for itself. This might not generate enough bookings to carry my business, but in terms of marketing ROI I think this will end up being a no-brainer. Someone remind me to update this post in a year to see if everything works out as planned.
How'd you make out?

Wow Tiffany, congrats!
Great house, and fantastic photographs! I would put them in order rather than switching between interior and exterior.
What is photo 80 of? A charging station?
The hiking/snow photos are not the same size as the others…
Photo file names have SEO attributes. So does the alt text.
I would change info @ to Tiffany @ on the contact page for better branding.
Any reason for having Hammerspatrol email on the contact page? Maybe save that for the welcome pack???

All in all I love your website! Who built it, and how is the calendar /booking working out? Do you use Pricelabs Dynamic Pricing? Is it linked to AirBNB or VRBO?
You have a GEM!

Hi @Anna Batchelor! I'm also Anna and also buying my first STR in Ludlow, VT, walking distance from Okemo Ski Resort. I've been going up there with my family since I was 9 and have fond memories of VT. Having a house in VT has been my dream and now I finally found one, working on closing at the end of September. I'm currently vetting management companies because I live in NJ and have a demanding day job. I need the passive experience right now. Can't afford to get fired, you know? :-p We should connect!
With the right software packages, a Schlage Encode lock, and a good cleaner/handyman, the remote managing process is simple...

Quote from @John Underwood:
Why have 2? Why not have a regular lock on 2nd door and let them get in with just the front door?
2 reasons.
The first is redundancy. We just came back from a stay in a nice STR, but the older Schlage broke the second to last day and we had no way to lock the door. With our very expensive (and loving) Doberman puppy crated inside, we couldn't leave without locking the door.
The owner was responsive, but he had no key onsite so he had to have one of his friends pick it up from somewhere else and deliver it. All the while we're wondering if we're going to make our 12 noon ATV rental appointment or not. We did.
The 2nd is ease of entry. We'll have entries on 2 floors and I can see folks wanting to enter the house through different doors depending on the situation.
A new Encode is less than $300 at Lowes, so to us it's a good investment.
Thanks.

Hi Folks,
Does anyone use 2 of the Encodes on the same house? My plan is to have them both auto change the code to the same last 4 of the guests cell. Anyone see any issues with this?
Thanks!
John

Doesn't Schlage have a model where you can auto-program the guests' last four of their cell as their access code?
