I have 2 real estate investments. 50/50 LTR vs STR. Adding a STR in the Poconos soon.

Keep in mind that STR regs can be found on at least 2 levels; Township, and HOA.

AirDNA has revenue/occupancy data, so check them out to get a feel for expected revenue.
