Our STR at the Jersey Shore has an annual repeat guest rate of about 30-35%, depending on the year.

What are other STR's seeing, and what market are you in?

Not only will you stand out, you'll receive a higher level of repeat guests! Which brings up a question that I'll post...

I wouldn’t do anything that doesn’t give me 51% of ownership/decision making. 

Input of others is great, but I’m just not interested in debating how to manage, what kind of replacement appliance to purchase, or how many pillows should be on the couch.

But that’s just me…
