Need a place to live in AZ!!

Hey everyone. I've got a partner in one of my STR properties that got a new job in the Chandler area and is in need of housing ASAP. His goal is to buy something to house hack but also needs somewhere to stay in the short term. Let me know if you've got somewhere he could rent or even buy. I'm willing to help him buy with cash too if someone is looking to liquidate quickly for him. Just don't want a good guy homeless.
