Buying rental properties in Laredo, TX?

Hello, Y'all

Has anyone bought rental properties in Laredo, Texas before? Which areas do I stay away from or what areas are developing? Laredo has its own unique trade/logistics based economy because I 35 starts there then up to SA.

I invest/wholesale in Laredo Texas. It has been my hometown most of my life and know it quite well. I admit there are some areas I am not as familiar with but for the most part know most neighborhoods pretty well.

I have been investing in real estate for 10 years and just recently have been purchasing off market properties. It has been one hell of a ride. Quite a bit of opportunities if you are willing to put in the work. Are you investing in Laredo at the moment?

I am going to be in the area with the National Guard for the next couple of months and would love to learn more  about REI in Laredo and connect with local investors.
