Being bombarded with people that want to sell old mobile homes. I spent a lot of time a number of years ago trying to put together some mobile home purchases that fell through. Since that time I have steered clear of old mobile homes and nicer mobile homes as well that need to be relocated.
Has anyone had any success monetizing these leads? I also had connection with some outfit specializing in mobile homes and mobile homes set up that I was turning my leads over to a couple years back. After I turned my lead over they gave me zero feedback and never paid me a dime so I did not waste my time with them anymore. There’s somebody or somebody’s that’s putting up a ton of we buy mobile home signs around the area, but I don’t want to waste my time with someone this is just going to take my lead and not compensate me for it or give me so little that it would be an insult for even spending time helping them.

I would say if you don't want them then forget them. I could see a way to monetize it but from my experience it is regional. In some places we have old trailers that get snapped up in less than 24 hours. Other places they may be on the market for a year.
Our park in Little Rock it was a cruel learning curve. We could not buy a home unless we camped out on the sellers doorstep like at a concert. One of the partners found a guy who was selling out as his tenants move out. She contracted with him to buy them all our at least get first refusal. But she knows when the lease is coming up on 90 days. We have time to look at it and decide if we want it.
We have sold all of them in less than a week after they were at up for cash. I've never seen anything like that.
If you can find a serious mhp that needs infill then maybe you could have a side market. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.
