Hello there,

I am doing first rentals and starting my real estate investment journey. I have a SFH which I want to put on rent from next month. I am looking for a reference for a property management company or individual. I am looking for an expert's comments what to do and what not to do when renting the SFH. Looking forward for great suggestions.
