Out of State Investor Looking to Grow Network
What's up everyone, I'm an out of state investor (currently living in NYC). I have a current flip I got off the MLS about to be ready for sale now in the Sanford area just outside Orlando. I'm looking to grow a network of agents & wholesalers in the area to strengthen our deal flow. For anyone in this market now you know how inflated the MLS prices have gotten over the last 12-18 months and its hard to see much profit margin when I run my numbers, so I'm hoping to be able to link with a couple local agents and wholesalers to potentially be mutually beneficial for each other.
Current flip Purchase - $107,500
Rehab - $28,000
ARV estimate from appraisal 3 months ago -$209k
I'm also looking just to connect with some more local folks also to shoot some ideas back and forth about the market down here &/or maybe some plans/ideas we have going forward.
Sort of a loaded post so I apologize just a little difficult to grow & network the way I'd like without living in the actual area.
