Owner Occupant Requirements for ADU's in San Antonio

I know that currently there are owner occupancy requirements for ADU's in San Antonio. I also know that SA affordable housing committees have recommended terminating those requirements. Does anyone know any recent news on this or what source to go to to find any updates? Thanks!
