Sewage damage to townhouse rental

We had a toilet at our rental overflow (not exactly sure why yet) but it's caused around 6k worth of damage.

The disaster clean up company we're using has a de-humidifier that is making the rental over 90 degrees inside.

What kind of compensation would be appropriate for the tenant?  Do we owe her money to stay someplace else like a hotel?  We're not sure how long this cleanup will last.
Any help/thoughts would be very much appreciated!!

 The tenant should have renters insurance for this type of issue. Are you running this through your insurance? 

As Nathan mentioned, what was the reason for the clog? That needs to be determined first.
