Can anyone do a 10% vacation home loan in Vermont?

We were approved for a 10% vacation home loan in New Hampshire but ended up offering on a house today in Vermont. After offering we found out the Loan agent we were working with Is not yet licensed in VT. We Are quite sure our offer is going to be accepted in the next 24 hours. any help is greatly appreciated.
