First Multifamily Closed & Quit My Job

Hey everyone!

I just closed last Friday on my first multifamily deal - a seller financed 8plex in Laredo, TX - 2 weeks after quitting my job to take on real estate full time. I wanted to make a post and say thanks to everyone who reached out and helped get this done. 

A quick highlight:

700k purchase, 4% interest, and a 10 year balloon.

Being in Texas, this deal was pretty far from home. Going forward I intend to be more in the Nashville and Huntsville areas, and would love to connect with anyone trying to get into the creative finance and multifamily space, as well as anyone who is already in the space and looking for more opportunities.
