Would appreciat to conect with expirienced investors in Orlando area.. to hear their insaights..

I'm also looking for a property managment company, contractores, and lenders.. 

Any sugestions would be highly appreciated.

I'll send you a DM and provide you some suggestions. I've been an investor here in Orlando for a while now as well as a real estate agent so I built a pretty decent network. I should be able to get you access to whoever you're looking for. There are lots of great contractors, property managers, and other service people here in  Orlando and Central florida.
