Where to find cash buyers

I'm on my journey to become a Wholesaler and going to start looking for deals in March, 2023. I'm struggling to find cash buyers. If anyone could share some knowledge on where to find cash buyers in the Houston market, that will be greatly appreciated.

Heck no! 99.999% are full of baloney. All you will get there are clown wholesalers ( not saying all are but most are ) Go to your local RE meetings
