Education for Mastering Creative Finance Strategies
Hey BP Members,
I am starting out and trying to educate myself in understanding creative financing strategies (or real estate financing in general) in more depth. I hear about so many cool strategies on BP podcasts and read about them on this forum, but who are 'the people' trained in completing such transactions?
Are there any formal instruction methods (degrees/certifications) that I can pursue? The ulterior goal would be to even land a job in lending space where I can start exercising my knowledge and gain experience in this domain.
Lastly, if there are folks with similar interests, please hit me up so that we can exchange some ideas!
