Best areas in greater Salt Lake for MTR?

I have an STR in Park City and LTR in Lehi. Looking to diversify with a MTR. Curious if anyone has leads/recommendations on the best areas to purchase. Are there particular hospitals that have a lot of traveling nurses, or other types of potential renters?
