First Time Young Home Buyer Looking to “House Hack”
Hey everyone, I am a young and motivated future real-estate investor, ready to start my journey. I've spent the last couple of years since graduating high school educating myself as much as possible, and saving all the money I am making working full-time and still living at home. I feel I have learned a lot through many books and online resources and am ready to take my first step towards real-estate investing. I am proud of the money I have saved, investments I have started, and financial base I have created for myself. I have a short-term goal of purchasing a multiplex home in my area so that I can keep my income at my current job, move out, live in one of the units, and rent out the others. I am eager to keep learning, start networking, and soon become part of a team where I can add value and become an asset through my willingness to work hard and stay dedicated.

@Davidangel Muniz thanks for posting. My first house was a house hack as well. It's a great way to get started. If you think you might be ready I might suggest for you to get "prequalified"- that's where we speak with a lender that can tell us how much home we can "afford". Should be free to do. Looking forward to hearing more updates!
