Realtors - How do you identify yourself when cold-calling?

Hello all, I am a newly licensed Realtor in MD and a newbie investor.  I plan to start cold-calling leads soon. I would like to know how real estate agents identify themselves since they must disclose they have a license.  What do you say when the phone call is answered?  ---

"Hi, my name is...I'm a Realtor and investor but I'm calling as an investor only."?

I have my own company name. Do I need to state my broker's name? I would think not but I want to make sure I'm not violating some policy.

Looking forward to hearing from others.

Thank you!
