Hey all, I found a listing for a multi family residence in my town with the home type being listed as multi family and the subtype is listed as multi family, apartment. It looks like a small multi family residence but looks like it had 2 units added onto it. What is this and can I still use an FHA on this?

@Devin Slone the only answer that matters here:  What did your lender say about it?  Get prequalified. It should be free to do and that's the only way you are going to know what's possible for you.
