Due Dilligence Checklist for buying all cash
Hey all,
What is your usual checklist process when you see a property that you like? Found a nice out of state spot and Im curious how you all would approach this after an inspection.
Duplex, C+ hood, seller down to handle repairs

can you provide more info? did you "find it" on the MLS? are you working with a realtor?
