Adjustment Guideline for WA, King/Snohomish counties

Hey Brokers and Appraisers, I'm looking for property adjustment guidelines to perform a thorough CMA for a client. The property is in Mukilteo, Snohomish county in WA. I have some guideline but it's not from WA. I'd rather use state, county or city specific one if there is any available. I know appraisers typically have access to such resource. It'd be great to get any pointers if you have any. Thanx
