Multifamily properties and PMs in Akron OH

My brother and I are looking at potential multifamily deals in Akron in the 10-20 units range.  Although we have some properties in Cleveland, we're from the East Coast and we're not very familiar with Akron.  Hoping to hear from other investors who have invested in the area .  It would be greatly appreciated if we can get some recommendations on great PMs with experience managing multifamily properties in case we end up finding a great deal.  Thanks!
